TVD Ticket Giveaway: Scott Miller at Schubas, 11/9

Virginia singer-songwriter Scott Miller is playing Schubas Tavern next Wednesday with Chicagoan Vince Cook, and we’ve got your tickets.

Co-founder of The V-Roys, Miller blends folk and rock with powerful storytelling. After bouncing around local bars and clubs, Miller and the Commonwealth got the chance to spend a full year as the house band for WB’s “Blue Collar TV”.

Now having founded F.A.Y. Recordings and having released a number of incredible records, including 2009’s For Crying Out Loud, its clear that there are few artists out there who can compare to Scott Miller.

For a chance to win a pair of tickets to Scott Miller’s 21+ show next Wednesday (11/9) at Schubas, tell us your favorite singer-songwriter who has performed with a group, as well as going solo. Mine would have to be Eric Clapton.

Sting...my 18 year old son is taking his 56 year old Ma to see him this weekend...ya know ya did something right as a parent when your kid, who was raised on music, takes you to hear one of your favorite artists.
