THE LAWRENCE ARMS @ Metro – 1/7

Chicago’s The Lawrence Arms, formed in 1999, have spent the last 12 years recording punk rock music and touring the country. After being signed to Fat Mike’s (NOFX) record label in 2001, they released a number a full-length LPs and 7” records. In 2009, they released their most recent EP Buttsweat and Tears on 7”, and performed at the Metro Chicago for a tenth anniversary concert and DVD. Check out the song “Are You There Margaret? It’s Me, God.”, recorded live at the Metro show below.
