Vinyl Vision is an original weekly series at TVD produced by AmusicChannel.tv.

The Live Music Capital of the World does its fair share of vinyl, too. Waterloo Records is a 30-year-old independent record store in Austin, TX. Owner John Kuntz is a music purist—he’ll tell you about the “analog listening devices on the side of our head.”

From the sound to the feel to the smell, Kuntz’ love for vinyl is a major part of who he is, and a major part of why his store has been so successful.
