TVD Vinyl Giveaway: Night Gestalt, ONE [Endless], Limited Edition Ziggy Cover

It’s a new year and our very first vinyl giveaway for 2016—and it’s an ultra unique one at that.

Friday, January 15th sees the release of Night Gestalt’s ONE [Endless] via Sweden’s Slow Future Vault. Featuring extended versions—each more than an hour in length—of every song on the debut LP ONE (released May 2015), ONE [Endless] sees Night Gestalt (the IDM alter ego of Dada Life’s Olof Cornéer) explore an apocalyptic narrative of humanity, technology, and the cosmos.

The album tells the story of a spaceship (“ONE”) controlled by a computer (“SHE”) carrying the last of humanity from earth destroyed.

Night Gestalt partnered with legendary Stockholm graffiti artist Ziggy to create custom artwork out of 100 vinyl copies of the debut album ONE. The limited edition albums are each a 100th part of the whole painting.

We have 2 copies of Night Gestalt’s ONE [Endless] LP customized by Ziggy to send to 2 of you—and no 2 are alike.

Enter to win by citing in the comments below the most unique record in your personal record collection and the 2 who display the savviest curatorial instincts will find the LP in his or her mailbox. We’ll choose 2 winners with North American mailing addresses a week from today, January 18, 2016.

The Beatles, magical mystery tour collectors edition with comic book insides 1968 (I’m 18) took a lot of vinyl trading to get that! Made 4 songs out of just the run off sounds I’ve recorded from it.

Richard Houghten’s Sonata De Grillo – self released and limited to 100 copies. It’s on clear blue/yellow splatter, hand-screened jackets, and side B is reverse cut so it plays from the inside out – bonus is that it ends on a locked groove of cricket sounds!
