Tashaki Miyaki is a mysterious two-piece (drums/vocals and guitar) from California, who after a jamming session earlier this year, decided they needed to put down some original tunes. At the earliest possible opportunity they headed over to a friend’s studio and the result of this speedy jam-to-studio affair is the beguiling lo-fi/shoegazey track, ‘Somethin’ Is Better Than Nothin’.

Rumour has it that the covert duo will be hitting London for a live show at the 100 Club on 28th September and later this year you can expect to see a vinyl EP released through The Sounds Of Sweet Nothing.
