The fabulously irrrevent Carnival organization has sent out a request for proposals seeking musicians to play at their annual ball. The ball is scheduled for January 19, 2013. Numerous first class bands have performed in the past including a memorable set by the Radiators.
Organizers are asking prospective bands to submit proposals right here.

“Submissions can be for any of the following elements—0ne set (90-120 minutes), two sets (total performance time should exceed 3 ½ hours with a 30 minute break), a la carte entertainment – that ‘one thing’ that you or your group thinks would be great for the Ball, but falls short of a full performance. This would be short form and meant to entertain prior to the ball or during an intermission. Musicians also have the option to make a proposal for ‘the whole enchilada.'”
