If the thought of a sleeping bag is supposed to evoke feelings of warmth, comfort and nostalgia, then this 3-piece indie rock outfit from Indiana certainly nailed it when it came time to pick a band name. Introducing, Sleeping Bag.
Based out of Bloomington Indiana, the trio has just released their self-titled debut album from Joyful Noise Recordings. Packed with catchy-as-hell melodies, and a minimalist delivery, the album is something you’ll definitely want to hear more than once.

Sleeping Bag embarked on tour August 11 in support of their s/t debut, and will be hitting Indiana August 26 and 27 for two back-to-back album release shows. Tour details below as well as the band’s second single “Beside”.
