UK Artist of the Week: Kevian Kraemer

Blending infectious indie-pop melodies with alternative-rock energy, singer-songwriter Kevian Kraemer is carving out his own space in the modern pop landscape. His latest single “hit and run” sees him embrace the thrill of fleeting romance, pairing punchy instrumentation with catchy hooks and a playful take on desire.

Released via Atlantic Records, “hit and run” explores the feeling of wanting someone so much that you’re willing to accept being their temporary fix. Built around driving drums, electric guitar, and buoyant production, the track captures the excitement of a connection that might not last, without losing sight of the fun in the moment.

Produced by Harry Charles (King Princess, Tate McRae, Reneé Rapp), the single showcases Kraemer’s knack for combining infectious pop songwriting with a slightly unconventional alternative edge.

Originally from New Jersey and now based in Los Angeles, Kraemer has been steadily building momentum through his distinctive sound and growing online following. With more than 63 million worldwide streams reported earlier this year and his biggest headline tour to date behind him, Kraemer is continuing to turn online buzz into a growing live audience.

“hit and run” is in stores now via Atlantic Records.
