Welsh singer-songwriter CATTY is bringing a bold, theatrical edge to modern pop. Blending soaring vocals, infectious hooks, and emotionally charged songwriting, she creates music that is equal parts dramatic, playful, and deeply personal.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Kate Bush, Stevie Nicks, and Lady Gaga, CATTY explores themes of love, heartbreak, queer relationships, and the chaos of modern romance, always with her own distinctive sense of humor and theatrical flair. Her latest single, “Pavlov’s Dog,” sees CATTY at her most dramatic yet.
Using Pavlovian conditioning as a metaphor for the lasting effects of heartbreak, the track combines huge pop production with a darker, emotionally charged edge.
With her distinctive sound, charismatic live presence and fearless approach to pop, CATTY is quickly establishing herself as one of Wales’ most exciting emerging artists.
“Pavlov’s Dog” is in stores now.
